About Us
The Ellrott family has been involved in the construction trade since 1967. In the early years we specialized in heating, ventilating and air conditioning. During the 1980’s we expanded into general contracting and land development. In 1990, Fred Ellrott expanded into the radon mitigation industry. He successfully completed the Radon mitigation course at the Midwest Universities Radon Consortium (MURC) in June of 1990. Since then, we have installed hundreds of the finest radon reduction systems in California, and have often resolved even the most difficult of homes and commercial buildings that other mitigators avoid. With our experience and background in the heating, ventilating and air conditioning industry we are uniquely qualified to take a whole house approach to radon reduction systems.
No matter how large or how small, how simple or complex your radon mitigation needs are, we are able to design and install the system(s) that will best suit your needs. We are licensed by the California State License Board #617021 and are certified and listed by California for radon mitigations as well as the National Environmental Health Association #101023RMT and National Radon Safety Board #NRSB G31163, and are active members of the American Association of Radon Scientists and Technologists (AARST).
